TERMS OF SERVICE

Read before ordering

Phase 1 Ordering and Payment
• Customers must answer the Jotform to place an order.
• A full payment upfront is required. Incorrect submission of the proof of payment will not proceed to Phase 2. If such an event may occur, you may resubmit your order form with the correct information required.
• No return, no refund once the order is confirmed.

Phase 2 Production
• All products are handmade, requiring careful craftsmanship.
• Customers must provide clear references; designs may be adjusted or simplified to fit materials and style.
• FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS :3
• Due to the volume of orders we plan to cater, they will be grouped into batches (will be indicated on the table). The estimated turnaround of the first batch is at a minimum of 2 weeks, with the succeeding batches following in 2-week increments.
• Delays may occur due to, but not limited to;
         • Unforeseen circumstances
         • Design complexity
         • Internal scheduling conflicts

• IF the customer would not like embroidered details, please contact our page or the person who advertised our schtick :DD!
• Production of 1st batch starts at the 3rd week of May

Phase 3 Shipment and Delivery
• Customers in or near Malabon City may receive their package via meetup or personal delivery (to be coordinated)
• Customers outside CAMANAVA will receive their package via courier (Lalamove, J&T, etc.), and the buyer shall shoulder shipping fees.

General Policies
• Product photos may be used for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
• Piko Kustoms reserves the right to decline or cancel orders due to non-compliance or inappropriate conduct.
